Cheshire Lines

The function suite is a fully refurbished, fully licensed entertainment venue located within The New Cheshire Lines Health Club building.  The room is available to hire to suit any occasion.

All Functions , if doing your own buffet we require an additional £100 deposit (refundable the Wednesday after the party has ended), if no serious damage or trouble has been caused).  We do not serve alcohol to under 18’s.  Please advise all young guests to provide identification if asked by a member of our staff.

Our resident DJ Ozzy James is proudly the finest DJ in the North-West.

Ozzy provides clients with a blank canvas which enables them to customise every aspect of their entertainment.  This can be Musical style, Colour themes and Running order if the client so wishes.

Ozzy provides each client with a state-of-the-art sound system and awe-inspiring lighting setup.

The ideal location for your special day! Balloons, favours and more can be supplied at request. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Christenings

You may provide a small present for the children and our DJ willbe only too pleased to organise all the games to keep the little cherubs happy!

Funeral Receptions  You have the use of our room solely for your reception. We are not a public house. Your freinds and family can have this special time together in complete privacy.

Use our facilities for your business meeting. Daytime or early evening-no minimum time. Tea and coffee will be provided along with a buffet.

Balloons.

Standard Package – Includes 10 sets of 3 helium-filled balloons, ribbons and weights of your chosen colour design which include an arch over your buffet table. Our balloons can add that finishing touch to your special occasion.

We have a private car park for over 150 vehicles. All vehicles are left at owners risk.

Deposit.

A deposit of £100 will ensure any booking. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

1. We no longer allow any items to be put on the walls due to the damage it causes the wallpaper and paint, but our balloon service really decorates the whole room.

2. Guests are not allowed to bring thier own drinks, or alcohol into the Function Room at any time. We will ask people to leave the premises if found with thier own drinks-these are fully licensed premises.

3. All prices include VAT.

4. It is a Health and Safety isue that you are in charge of behaviour and the whereabouts of your childreb at all times whilst on the premises.  We cannot be held responsible for them at any time.

5. We do not allow party poppers or sprinkle glitter/numbers/hearts, or peanuts!.

6. We suggest 15 minutes before you leave, to order your transport home as we will be required to lock the building an outer gates when our staff have finished work. We cannot allow you to stay on thier premises after our staff leave.

7. It is an offence to supply under 18’s with alcoholic drinks. All alcohol bought for anyone under the age of 18 will be confiscated withou refund.

8. Please ask guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when leaving your party.

9. Regardless of who does the buffett, all food etc MUST be cleared away by 11pm prompt

10. If providing your own catering; all rubbish, bags etc must be removed from premises and car park, if any items are left the deposit will be kept.
