Cheshire Lines Gym is proud to announce the Shapemasters Fitness Factory.
For the 80%+ of people who do not want to join a gym this is a way to get exercise and improve your life and your health. If you think that exercise means you have to wear Lycra, feel the pain, sweat profusely and plan to put aside a couple of hours three times a week to accommodate changing, exercise, showering etc., then think again…. The FeelGood Factories are women only fitness studios where we have fun as well. They will help even the least fit of women to lose inches, tone muscle, gain energy and feel good!
Ladies who never thought they would ever regain their figure have lost 70+ inches in less than a year. Our clients range from young women, through motherhood to seniors in their 90’s –it works for any lady who wants to tone up and get back in shape. Most ladies join after having had a baby or when they have put on the inches, often without realising it and now feel that their body shape is a lost cause. It is not!!
Any woman 18 or over can join the FeelGood Factory. Many of our ladies would not want to visit a traditional gym but like the opportunity to exercise regularly for health and weight reasons. In our centers you come as you are! There is no need to change into special clothing, just wear something comfortable that you can move around in. All you need is a pair of socks and a towel. The machines help you do the rest!
We have exercise physiologists on our team who have helped to develop the machines and the exercise programs used all over the World.
We aim to ensure you get the best benefit from your 30 minute program. Our aim is to help support and encourage you to meet the goals you choose but no pressure – if you don’t feel like putting in the some extra effort then let the machines take the strain. The 30 minute exercise routines can be slotted in at any time of the day.
After you’ve exercised you go shopping, work, and pick up the kids -so easy- no need to shower or change!” We have re assessments after every 12 visits and will support you every step of the way to regaining the fitness you want and deserve.
